Polycarbonate profiles

Polycarbonate H and U profiles are designed for joining and sealing compact and cellular polycarbonate sheets.

Both profiles can be used indoors and outdoors as they are protected by a UV-resistant coating.

Aluminium profiles

Aluminium profiles are used to join and fix the polycarbonate sheets to the supporting structure. They are long-lasting, colourfast and maintenance-free.

The most commonly used are without surface treatment in natural aluminium.

We also offer profiles with elox finish. And also aluminium profiles with ELOX finish in bronze and anthracite.

EPDM rubber gasket

In addition to the tightness and strength of the joint, it also ensures the equalisation of the different thermal expansion of the materials used in the construction. This allows the tiles to expand in the assembly used. Their use is necessary to comply with the principles of correct assembly, especially in roof constructions. It is made of high quality EPDM rubber.

Sealing strips

Sealing strips are used to seal the chambers of polycarbonate sheets. They serve as protection or a barrier against the ingress of dirt, dust, insects, and at the same time remove excessive moisture from inside the panel.

After gluing, the polycarbonate board together with the tape, must be closed with a U or F profile which protects the board from damage and direct weathering.

For the best possible sealing of the "plate and profile" joint, it is necessary to use a silicone sealant.
